Policy för cirkulär ekonomi – systemeffekter på konsumtions- och avfallsflöden

The concept of circular economy aims to move from linear to circular flows to reduce use of resources and environmental impact. The project aim is to analyze and evaluate possible measures for circularity and effects on RE: Source three challenges. Strategic documents include the proposed waste package, EU Energy Union, and the EC proposal for action plan for a circular economy.The project is a pre-study to provide knowledge and be basis for further work. Today's product, material and waste flows are starting point of the project, which is based on systems analysis.Milestones are:• Describing a selection of waste, material and product flows in and out of Sweden, as well as between relevant actors in Sweden.• Presenting existing legislation relevant to circular flows, and examples of what works well and less well in terms of achieving circular flows.• Identifying relevant proposals measures to promote circular flows, and present examples of impact on RE: Source three challe
