Innovative service to increase re-use of books

The project aims to increase the reuse of physical books through a business model that shifts revenue focus from the first user to a chain of users. The Swedish Energy Agency believes that the project has the potential to contribute to the call's goal of circular and sustainable product use by creating a business model that generates value for the producer, in this case publishers and authors, from several user cycles, and creates added value in the product itself, the book, through information about its whereabouts and where and with whom it has been.
