Pre-study on measuring resource use at regional and local level

The project will develop and test a method for producing quantitative data and action plans that can support the work of regions and municipalities to become more resource efficient. The work is focused on large resource flows and flows with great potential for change. The method will be tested in the geographical area of Region Västra Götaland.
